Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Cancellations:
    • Cancellations are applicable only for packages where a minimum of 25% advance payment has been made.
  2. Cancellation Charges:
    • Above 30 days prior to arrival: 70% of the package rate will be refunded.
    • 29 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the package rate will be refunded.
    • Less than 7 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show: No refund will be provided.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
    • Refund timelines may vary depending on the mode of payment and processing time by the financial institution.
  4. Non-Refundable Scenarios:
    • In case of a no-show or cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date.
    • Expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as bandhs, strikes, natural calamities, or pandemics are non-refundable.
  5. Additional Considerations:
    • Any changes to the booking, including room upgrades or alternative hotel selections due to non-availability, may result in revised pricing, which is not subject to a refund.
    • Rates are subject to seasonal variations and changes in tariffs.

This policy ensures transparency and fairness while accommodating unforeseen circumstances.
